What these terms cover

mailauto is not a self-service product. It is set up for a client individually, and the scope, duration and price of that work are settled in a separate written agreement with that client. These terms cover only the use of the software itself; where they and an individual agreement differ, the individual agreement applies.

Use

mailauto may be connected only to a mailbox you own or are authorized to administer. You are responsible for having that authority, and for the content of messages sent from your mailbox after you approve them.

Availability

The software is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It runs on self-hosted infrastructure and may be interrupted for maintenance.

Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where German law provides otherwise — in particular for injury to life, body or health, and under the Produkthaftungsgesetz.

Ending it

You may withdraw access at any time; see the privacy policy. Access ends immediately, and stored mail is deleted on request.

Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Jena, insofar as a place of jurisdiction may lawfully be agreed.
